I wanted to write a post about how we should stop feeling guilty about having time-out and stop being petrified of being “boring”. I often feel like I shouldn’t waste time at home re-cooperating when I should be ‘making the most of my 20′s”, but I’ll will openly admit that sometimes there is absolutely nothing better than sitting down, alone, with a cup of tea/glass of wine and just reclining peacefully with nothing but my own company. Yep.

It took me a while to accept that it was okay to have a night in on my own – even on a Friday! But, now I appreciate it & it’s actually VERY refreshing…once in a while ;-)
